Our labs are open Monday-Friday, 11am-7pm. They'll notify you via email as soon as your sample arrives, and then email you again when your results are ready, usually within 24-36 hours.  

PLEASE NOTE: Any samples received after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend will not be processed until Monday, therefore the 24-36 hour turnaround time may be extended. We recommend only posting samples Monday-Thursday as samples left for longer than 48 hours may not be viable.
