A photograph is only needed for Rapid Antigen tests and NOT for PCR tests.

When registering your Rapid Antigen test you'll be asked to upload a photo of your result. This is then verified by us and you'll receive your certificate usually within 15-30 minutes.

If you're having problems uploading your Rapid Antigen test photo, please check the following:

•  You're using Google Chrome
• Your photo is no bigger than 10MB
• Your photo is in .jpg or .png format - this is the standard format for most mobile phones

If your photo doesn’t upload during the registration process, you can access a link on your dashboard that will allow you to upload your photo - without having to repeat the whole registration of your test. Click here for a step by step guide on how to do this.
