Our capillary blood tests are simple finger-prick tests that can be taken within the comfort of your own home.

Please collect your sample on a Monday-Friday before noon as it needs to be posted to the lab on the same morning it’s collected.

Every kit includes lancets, DBS Card(Dried Blood Spots) Card, a pre-paid USPS returns label and step-by-step instructions, which walk you through how to accurately take our tests.

When you come to take your test, you’ll need to register your kit first. Once you begin registration, you'll be given on-screen instructions to guide you through the process of taking your test. For this you'll need:

  • Your Kit Barcode (this will be printed on top of the enclosed check-list card)
  • Your email address
See our Privacy Policy for information on how we protect and use your data.

To ensure successful blood collection please take a look at our top tips here.

Once your test is registered and your sample has been collected, please return your sample to our lab using the USPS pre-paid returns label enclosed. You'll receive an email with a link to your online dashboard when your results are available, which is usually within approx. 3-5 business days after the lab receives your blood sample.
