If you've not yet received your test results, please read the information below before contacting us.

• It can take up to 48 hours for your sample to reach our lab.
• It'll take 24-36 hours for us to process your test - this is 24-36 hours after we have received your sample.
• Your result may not come in at the same time as others who've submitted their sample at the same time as you. 
• Please wait until the above time frames have passed before contacting us. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not process samples over the weekend and any sample received after 2pm on a Friday will not be processed until Monday, therefore the 24-36 hour turnaround time may be extended.
