How do I change my delivery address?
Due to how we process your order, once your order is placed your address can't be changed. Please take extra care when entering your address details.
Your testing kit(s) will be delivered within 1-3 working days of your order being placed.
If you have used an incorrect address and have no way of retrieving your delivery, then please contact us as soon as possible using this form and we will look into this for you.
