I can't register my test, what should I do?

If you are experiencing issues registering your test, there are a few steps you can take to help fix this problem.
- Register your kit using the following link: Register Kit
- Perform this action on the Google Chrome browser
- Confirm you are entering the correct details. Click here for examples of the types of numbers you may need and where to find them to help ensure you are using the correct reference.
- Please be sure to enter any letters in your Kit ID in Capital letters. Eg, ABCD not abcd.
If you are sure you are entering the correct information and are still having issues registering your test, you can get help by contacting us using this form and provide images of your barcode/Kit ID where possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Your test needs to be registered before returning it to us. Your returns package should only include your test. Do not send your sample back with any notes with your personal information on, or notes explaining that you can’t register your test. This is to ensure we keep your information secure and comply with government regulations for data protection.
