How do I register my blood test?

PLEASE NOTE: you’ll need to collect your sample on a Monday-Friday before noon as it needs to be posted to the lab on the same morning it’s collected.

Our capillary blood tests are available for UK customers, these are simple finger-prick tests that can be taken within the comfort of your own home.

Every kit includes lancets, blood collection vials, a pre-paid returns label and step-by-step instructions, which walk you through how to accurately take our tests. If you can’t find your instructions, you can also view and download copies of them from our website.

Before you take your sample , you’ll need to register your kit first. Once you begin registration, you'll be given on-screen instructions to guide you through the process of taking your test. For this you'll need:

  • Your Kit ID (this will be printed on a leaflet that will be inside your testing kit)
  • Your Barcode (this will be on the tube for blood collection)
  • Your email address
